We will manage your wedding from your morning wake-up call to the very last dance on the dance floor. We’ll be your on-site point person to ensure seamless transitions, and cue all of your special moments throughout the day!

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES —

Day-of wedding emergency kit

Set up of all personal decor items for ceremony, reception and bridal party suites (programs, guest book, photos, centerpieces gift table, morning mimosas, etc)

Organize and pack up all personal decor items and gifts

Management of transition between ceremony, reception & photos (moving decor, guidance of guests, etc)

Management of timeline through reception (Grand Entrance, toasts, first dance, etc.)

Day-of-coordination including up to 12 hours

Complimentary in-person consultation

PARTIAL PLANNING

Partial planning is a great fit for couples who want to be hands on during the planning, but just don’t have time to handle the logistics. We will keep you on track during the planning process by reviewing contracts, choosing decor, and managing vendor communication in addition to all the essentials that come with planning and executing the wedding day. This package ensures that everything will be buttoned up before your event, allowing you to be present in the moment and enjoy your big day!

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES —

6 months of planning time 

Research and recommend all vendors 

Coordination and communication with all vendors including contracts
